DXYZ Network Generator

The DXYZ Network Generator is a new tool that will generate a 2D grid network of stations interconnected with DXYZ observations. Only the first station is fixed, making it a good tool for experimenting with error propagation.

This tool currently has four configurable user parameters:

Number of stations to generate

Number of connections per station

Station rows

Station spacing

Connections and stations are generated incrementally along grid columns, meaning a generated network with 5 rows and 4 connections per station will contain stations connected to those in the same grid column and overflowing into the next grid column.

This tool can be accessed through the main menu bar Insert menu, or the right-click Insert context menu. If an IOB file is currently open, the generated network will be inserted at the cursor location with an #include record.
